International Students - Logging in and changing your password

How do I login? I have never logged in before.

You need a username and password:

• Username: your student ID number


• Password: your first password is the first initial of your first name, followed by your full date of birth
  Example: John Smith born 14 August 1980, therefore his password is j14081980

Before you start using the library databases, you must change your password. Instructions for changing your password are outlined below.

How do I change my password?

To change your password:

• Go to the Change Password online form.
• Enter your:
    -Student ID number
    -Surname (your family name)
    -Current password (your first password is explained above)
    -New password (create a new password with 5 or more characters)
    -Confirm new password (repeat your new password)
• Click 'Change Password'

If you have forgotten your password, or have trouble changing it, you may need your password reset. Please contact the Library.
