Document Delivery Services
Items not held either in print or electronically by the UB Library may be requested through our Document Delivery Service (DDS). All eligible persons
must first register to access the service. You will be e-mailed a PIN (personal identification number) which you must use
when submitting each online request.

Register for DDS
This form needs to be completed only once; it must be printed, signed and submitted by post or in person to the DDS office.
Request item(s) through DDS
This form needs to be completed and submitted for each item being requested, in compliance with copyright requirements.
