Document Delivery Services - Online registration form

When registration details are received at DDS a computer generated PIN will be sent to your specified e-mail address. You must use this PIN with every online request you submit. Please keep this PIN confidential and contact the DDS office if you suspect that another person is using your PIN.

This service is only available to University of Ballarat staff and students.
